Because the Solo Jump Training class is very intensive, we need you to be alert, aware, and able to concentrate, so please:
Get a good night’s sleep the night before.
BE ON TIME!
NO alcoholic beverages should
be consumed prior to class and is against all state and federal laws during skydiving activities.
Plan to stay at least four hours on the evening of your class and until sunset on the day of your jumps.
If you would like accommodations, we have some local recommendations, call us at 1-888-654-7529 for the current recommendations.
For your jump days:
Wear long pants; sneakers (no boots); hard smooth knee pads (like used for roller blading or skateboarding)
NO jewelry (rings are especially hazardous to your fingers on solo jumps);
If you have a pair of baseball or golf gloves bring them;
If it is cool out, bring a sweatshirt, thermals, and a neck gator (remember it is generally at least 10 degrees colder here then where you live.)
Bring your logbook to record your jumps, your proficiency card to work towards your license. Bring money to pay your packer, your coach and a flash drive to get any videos of your jumps that may occur.
