Albright College students from Reading, PA have been skydiving at the Northeast Pennsylvania skydiving center, the Above the Poconos Skydivers for since the 70's. Albright students go skydiving for an extreme sport adventure during Senior Week, Spring Break, or anytime. With a valid college ID, Albright students will receive a $10 discount off of their introductory tandem skydiving lesson. Gather up a group of friends and come on out for a fun weekend getaway!
Here are the turn by turn directions to the Above the Poconos Skydivers Skydiving Center from Albright College in Reading, PA:
Turn left onto Exeter St. Turn left on N. 11th St. After about 1 mile, go straight onto Kutztown Rd. Turn left on Leesport Ave. Take the left onto Berkeley Park Rd. Turn right onto Highway 61 North and follow to 81 North. Take exit 145 onto Route 93 South. Turn left Take 93 South a half mile to the Airport Beltway traffic light. Take a left onto airport beltway. Follow that road for about 2 miles, take a right after the sign "Hazleton Municipal Airport" and go up the hill to the stop sign. Across the street is the airport parking lot. Our building is the brick building on the right side of the parking lot. Go through the bright blue door with "SKYDIVE" painted on it. If you arrive early, there are public restrooms in the terminal building on the left side of the parking lot.
